How I can help your organisation

I believe that even small changes can make a big difference to how we show up to work, engage and interact with others, and lead teams. I’m passionate about supporting organisations to develop their employees in meaningful ways that make a real difference to the culture and overall performance of the business.

 

​I typically work with junior and mid-level leaders in organisations – the people ‘on the ground’ who have the potential to positively impact a large number of people in their teams (and ultimately their customers and communities) with their behaviours and ways of working. I find this ripple effect hugely motivating in my work with leaders.

I offer 1:1 and group coaching programmes tailored to each organisation's needs, and broadly in the following areas:

  • Targeted development of capabilities, e.g. communication, influencing, adapting to and managing change

  • Leadership styles

  • Work-life balance 

  • Wellbeing

All programmes are tailored to the needs of your organisation and individual coachees. I work with sponsors and other stakeholders to understand how your organisation views and manages coaching, its purpose within the organisation and how we can work best together to support the development of your people.

I've recently worked with Just Eat Takeaway to deliver a leadership coaching programme aimed at ​aligning expectations and approaches to leadership and developing a strong pipeline of leaders. 

Survey responses from participants showed an overall increase in confidence levels for core leadership capabilities:
